NDIS FUNDING & SERVICE AGREEMENTS
CoreAxis delivers services in accordance with applicable NDIS funding arrangements and the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Depending on the service and individual plan, supports may be funded through relevant categories such as:
- Improved Relationships.
- Capacity Building – Daily Activities.
- Improved Health & Wellbeing.
We encourage participants, families and support coordinators to contact our team to discuss service availability, funding suitability and individual service requirements.
A service agreement and applicable pricing details can be provided following an initial assessment of the referral and funding arrangements

Eligibility and service access are assessed individually, considering participant consent, relevant NDIS plan funding and support requirements.
We welcome referrals from participants, families, support coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospitals, schools, community health organisations and allied health professionals.
